Curry Night

One of my dear friends, Kathryn, is from South Africa. Her mother, Kaz, invited me over for dinner last night so she could teach me the art of curry. Apparently South African cuisine is full of Indian influences. We had so much fun!

Kathryn also invited Alexa to join us. She has just returned from a 6 mo. missionary position in South Africa, so she knows all about the fabulous food. Kaz, Alexa & Kathryn.

I brought Spring Fruit Pudding. It's layers of angle food cake, mango coulis, chopped mangos, strawberry coulis and chopped strawberries with whipped cream on top. SO YUMMY!!
