Quick update

I don't have much time because I need to prepare for a meeting this morning and then head across town, however I did want to update those who were interested on my swimming experience last night. It was awesome! Any prayers helped and I had the best swim of my life. Seriously! Mostly it just felt right. I wasn't exhausted after one length of the pool but almost in a trance with the motion. So we'll see how it goes later this week! Very exciting stuff....
